1. Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We will conduct a thorough inspection of the product before approving the return. Please ensure you send the product back in the condition it was received. We thoroughly check each item before shipping and will be aware of any damage.
- Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Process:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@shopmelodicblues.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and a clear image to prove your reason.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping: Pack your item securely and include the return form provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2. Exchanges

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@shopmelodicblues.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
